Welcome to SolutionS. These Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of solutionsskin.com (the “Site”), including purchases made through the Site.

The Site is operated by Solutions RSS LLC, doing business as SolutionS (“SolutionS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SITE

You may use this Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit our text, photography, illustrations, graphics, product information, designs, or other content without permission.

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Site.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, customer accounts, servers, or systems.

• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other technology intended to interfere with the Site.

• Use the Site for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.

• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

SolutionS skincare products are cosmetic products intended to improve the appearance and feel of the skin. They are not drugs or medical treatments, and no statement on this Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Statements regarding ingredients, routines, product benefits, customer experiences, or results relate to cosmetic use and should not be interpreted as medical advice or as a guarantee of any particular result.

Cocoon by SolutionS is apparel. It is a light-compression garment designed as a finishing layer in the SolutionS ritual. It is not a medical compression device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any circulatory, lymphatic, or other medical condition.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors, textures, packaging, sizing, and other characteristics may vary slightly from their appearance on your screen. Product packaging, ingredients, and formulations may also be updated from time to time. Please always review the label and ingredient information accompanying the product you receive.

3. SKIN SENSITIVITY AND PRODUCT USE

Skincare is individual, and results vary from person to person.

We recommend reviewing the complete ingredient list before using a product and patch-testing new skincare on a small area before regular use.

If you are pregnant or nursing, have allergies or a diagnosed skin condition, use prescription topical products or medications that may affect your skin, or have concerns about whether a product is appropriate for you, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

If irritation or another adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice when appropriate.

SolutionS does not provide medical advice. Information made available through the Site is provided for general product and educational purposes and is not a substitute for advice from a physician, dermatologist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

4. ORDERS, PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Receipt of an automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before fulfillment, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, or other errors. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. SolutionS does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.

POLISH, MIST, HYDRATE, GLOW, and LOCK may be displayed individually on the Site for educational and product-information purposes but are supplied as components of the applicable SolutionS Systems and are not currently sold separately.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Processing times, shipping terms, return eligibility, cancellations, damaged-item procedures, and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Please notify us promptly at support@solutionsskin.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The SolutionS and Cocoon by SolutionS names and marks, together with the Site and its text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, illustrations, designs, logos, layouts, and other original content, are owned by Solutions RSS LLC or used with permission.

Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use our intellectual property except for the limited personal use necessary to browse and shop on the Site.

8. REVIEWS, PHOTOGRAPHS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, comment, or other content to SolutionS, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, by submitting content to us for publication or promotional use, you grant SolutionS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and use that content in connection with SolutionS products, services, marketing, social media, advertising, and other business communications.

We may identify you using your first name, initials, social-media handle, or other name you provide, where appropriate.

We are not required to publish or continue displaying submitted content and may remove it at our discretion.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Certain features of the Site, including payment processing, checkout, shipping, analytics, and other services, may be provided by third parties.

The Site may also contain links to third-party websites. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any particular skincare or cosmetic result will occur.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolutionS and Solutions RSS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount you paid to SolutionS for that order.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including carrier interruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, governmental actions, internet or technology failures, or similar events, subject to rights and remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchase of products from SolutionS will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any consumer protection right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our products, services, operations, or legal obligations.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
